A calculator of cals to get to goal?

Okay, does anyone know of a (preferably free) calculator or something like that where you can put in your weight, build, age, favorite ways to work out, etc, and your goal weight, and the program will tell you what to do, what to eat to achieve your goal, and tell you how long it'll take?

The programs I've used in the past that suggest they can do the above (like bodybugg, and even here, etc) aren't very accurate, at least not for me (maybe they don't take into account bust size? One size fits all, DOESN'T)

Please help!
Thanks!
;)

If you have an Iphone I got MyPlate. It allows you to enter everything and all your stats. I track on here but when I'm out and about thats what I use. It's a free app!

Umm. No MFP set my calories at 1200-1400 according to all my stats, BMR, TDEE, I should be doing about 1600, and thats with out exercise.. So MFP isnt always correct..

If you're looking for something that specific it's called a personal trainer.

MFP will set up broad guidelines (calories, fat/protein/carb macros) and if it fits in your macros, honesly, eat it. Set it to lose a pound a week.

As far as exercise, if you know what you like, do that 3-5 times a week. If you set your profile up as sedentary, log your exercise. If you set your profile up with your workouts in mind, don't.

Nothing works for everyone. Generally speaking, calories in < calories out. But how fine you shave that difference, eat your exercise calories, do lots of cardio, do no cardo, lift weights, lift heavy, NRFWOL, Strongbody, Insanity, Zumba, 5x5.... Whatever works for you. In the beginning, it can get overwhelming.

Make small changes. Do it for a few weeks, if you're liking your results, keep doing it. If you don't, do some research, change what you're doing. This slow but steady tinkering to fit YOU is the only way to get this to stick.

You have to set your goals realistically.. most people put it at 2lbs loss per week so MFP sets you at 1200 cals...
    Adjust your settings.

a lot of people on here use this and then set their own calorie goals. On MFP you have the option to customize your numbers how you want them to be.

Even if you put in all of that information, there's no real way to know how long it's going to take you to reach your goals. Weight loss is not linear, it doesn't always happen according to the math, and human error will always factor in.

Just take your time, stick to a consistent and reasonable change in your lifestyle, and relax.

I'm not sure what bust size has to do with it...other than adding more or less to your body fat percentage....MFP is a great tool to track nutrition and exercise, I've tried others and they suck. There are lots of calculators for finding your calorie target based on your weight/age/activity level etc.

Jamie Eason has a popular plan with diet suggestions that lasts 12 weeks if you are ready to lift weights. (of course they want to sell you supplements)

I wish there was an app that would not only select my food choices, but would also cut my meat for me. And if it could slice the ends of my kid's sandwiches that would be awesome too.
