Hi all,

My name is David and I am pretty new to MFP. Used it a couple times in the past to track my weight but will start using it more aggressive now.

I am 22 years old and sit at a desk all day for my job. Currently weight about 175 pounds. Last January I weighed about 195 pounds and decided to start doing cardio / eating healthier. I dropped down to about 160 lbs and then gained about 15 in the last 7 months at my job.


I am trying to lean out to about 13% body fat and I am about 24% right now.

Want to drop to at least 16% or 17% in the next 12 weeks.
