flu and eating healthy

I came home from work early yesterday. Since then I have slept 24 hours and was awake 4 hours. I have a raging headache and sleeping is the only thing that helps. Yesterday I ate over my calories, but now it is a little after 5 p.m. and I still have almost 600 calories left. I ate my usual breakfast and just ate what I normally eat for lunch. I do not want to get off track, but I am not sure how to get those calories in ....I know exercise is out for today again....any thoughts??????/
