hi there OK i don't know why but this may seem dumb but i went out and bought me a Nike +shoes to go long with Nike + sports-band but then 2 nights ago i downloaded Nike + running app so my question if i have the running app on my iPhone would i need a wireless or not

    The Nike+ Running app does not use the Nike+ shoe sensor, it uses GPS on your phone. The Nike+ iPod app uses the shoe sensor (app is built into iPhone, just go to Settings...Nike+ iPhone and turn it on).
