Injured one of my left adductor muscle

I've messed up ( pulled or over stretched) one of my left adductor muscles. I can walk and it seems to be fine, but as soon as I go to squat with any load it starts to hurt. This happened last Wednesday and I've been gritting my teeth and getting through my workouts but today was just unbearable. I got through two working sets aof squats nd had to quite. I finished my Bench press and got through two sets of barbell Row before giving up because of the pain. It was is pretty sore and tender after the work out but much better now.

I'm going to ice and foam roll it this weekend. Should I just take it easy until it heals. Seem I keep aggravating it when I keep trying to squat weights.

What a pain to get old.
