Restricted sodium diet-Help!!

My doctor put me on a restricted sodium diet for 2 weeks and I need some ideas to help me through this short time frame. I may find I will absolutely love this new adjustment and want to continue with it to some degree. Actually to be honest, this has helped me be more focused in what I log, what I eat so that I don't overdo the mg amount. I'm looking forward to how I can use other seasonings to bring out the flavor of my foods and not depend on salt so much.
Any recipe ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Fruits, veggies, whole foods are pretty minimum with the sodium.
Mrs. Dash has salt-free seasonings. In a pinch, you could throw on a little (LITTLE!! It's very salty tasting) No-Salt
use onions, garlic, ginger etc to enhance foods0
