Help! I'm done eating for today (it's midnight my time), and I'm nowhere near the stupid calorie goal of 1200... will this have a neg. effect on my weight loss? Just the thought of eating more makes me feel sick- I'm seriously full, as I've had so many liquids :-(, but I do not want my body to go into the dreaded 'starvation mode'!

Once, you are fine.
As a habit, it could be detrimental to your health.

If you are feeling full and are not hungry, then I could listen to your body and not eat anymore. Be careful you are not restricting your calories too much though. A typical formula for maintenance calories is 14, 15, or 16 multiplied by your weight in pounds. 14 is low activity, 15 is moderate, and 16 is high. Since you are female you should probably subtract 1 from each of those. So 13, 14, and 15 respectively.0

Makes sense.... Thank you :-)0
