How to get a really good workout.

We have a small room at work that I have a bench and some free weights in. It also contains a massage chair. After gettin mah gear on I roll back in and there she is, just sat down on the chair. With a surprised look on my face I'm about to turn around and leave n she says "I don't care if you don't care, I wont even stare if anything I'll just peak".

I did my arm routine Wednesday but yeah I totally did that again today... and I got a WAY better workout.
