lost 2% bf. 10 pounds heavier... going to stop eating.

Lol i had three big slicesof pizza for lunch... and a rockstar... but not fat and no sugar usually... listen im eating 42% carbs 43% protein and less than 11% fat... limiting sugar... i came in at neawyears 170lbs... today i was 181... over the last month my average body fat score was 14 % now my average is 12... my math says i gaine 1.5 lbs of fat... or is that how much fat i lost...

I began working out or running five or six days a week....



I want 155 not 205...

Tanita bia scale. Was 14 or 15. Now its 12 or 13....


Those numbers mean somwthing right?
