Ive been on mfp for about 3 months. I lost 7 lbs the first couple months but now I am at a standstill actually I might have even gained 2 lbs!! Im daily logging in my food intake and exercising about 500-700 calories per day. My daily goal is 1350 and by the end of the day my FOOD is usually on or very close to that number..should i be eating all my remaining calories too or my net? is that why maybe I cannot lose beacause Im in starvation?? I definitely dont feel like im starving...any suggestions?? please and thank you!!

I'm right there with ya. I have logged in every day for 5 months & only lost 5 lbs; and work out about 5 times a week for an hour or more. Just don't give up. Stay positive. Try different workouts. I'm starting to do more weight stuff.0

Your workouts need to get progressively intensive. Once your body gets used to your workouts and food it becomes more efficient at conserving energy. So try a few things - increase your workout intensity, eat more calories for a week or two and basically shock your system. Good luck!0
