So 3.5 pounds in 3 weeks is a little over a pound a week. You only set out to lose about 20 pounds. If you could steadily lose at the same rate, you'd be at goal in about 16 more weeks... before May. Sounds terrific to me!0

Hey look at it this way - it's coming off - the scales are moving the right way! I think 1 lb a week is great - I have been averaging 0.5 at most. Keep up the good work. You should be proud of your achievement so far.0
