gaining self control around sweets

I pledge to everyone that I will limit myself to one small treat a day. I will post everyday to keep me on that goal. Today I threw a cake doughnut in the trash and walked away from the dinner table before ice cream was served for dessert. I feel good today.

That's an awesome start. It used to kill me if I didn't get dessert after supper but after 6 days I'm ok with it.0

I am working on the whole sweets issue! I fell into temptation for a donut this morning, but no Dr.Peppers going on 2 days now!!0
