non routine housework

How does one count housework? Being disabled, housework is hard work for me. Our refrigerator died and I spent a couple hours yesterday and again today emptying everything into trash or coolers and stand alone freezer. As the new one was delivered I had to wipe that one down well and then take everything out of coolers and freezer to put it back. I can't believe I still did my weights and Tai hi as well. I just didn't feel complete until I did it.
