Journey begins

Hi all

I started using myfitnesspal last year when I started my weight loss journey but I never really got into the message boards. I managed to lose almost 30 pounds but ended up gaining it all back by the fall. I've been yo-yo dieting my entire life and I have oly been able lose little before I would just go back to my old habits.

This year I vow to never let another year go by. I would love to lose a 100lbs but I'm gonna take it every ten pounds. Divaslimdown has motivated me like no other. I love reading all the success stories and I'm really hoping, I can write one as well.

I welcome any support and any weight loss tips.

    Hi! Focusing on 10lbs at a time is a great mini goal! I find when I set mini goals I will achieve them rather than looking at the big picture, that just stresses me out. I love my supportive MFP friends. You can add me.
