How bad food choices turned out to be my NSV!

How you may wonder? Let me explain...for the past 24 hours I have made horrible food choices. Fast food, ice cream, etc. I however am considering it a NSV because compared to a month ago, I still made better food choices and better lifestyle choices. And to me...that is VICTORY
!. I recognized the reasons I turned to the junk food, ie: nicotene free for 7 days and wanting to snack, pms, stress, etc. Admitting you have a problem is the first step right?
2. I had fast food, but I didn't get a soda. I had coldstone, but I didn't get a love it or gotta have it. I shared a like it with my son (tonight anyway )
3. I didn't come home and drink a bottle of wine after work or stop and get a pack of cigarettes
4. I still managed to make it to the gym tonight and stayed under my "net" calories
5. I am not beating myself up or quitting. I don't feel guilty or like throwing in the towel. I had a rough 24 hours. Tomorrow is a new day and I'm going to be okay. I am going to make it. May take me two years. May take me 10 months. But I will do this.
That is my NSV...WHAT'S YOURS? Have a great weekend!

I love it! I had a similar thing happen today and I guess it could be considered a NSV. My boyfriend wanted pizza for dinner tonight but usually I have my "cheat dinner" on Saturday night. I agreed and we ordered a pizza. Instead of getting a ton of toppings on my half I had a plain cheese pizza. Yes I did eat 4 pieces. Yes I loved every minute. But I have no desire to have pizza for a few more weeks. I am happy with the choice I made. I refuse to cut out the food I love. And after working so hard this past week it felt good to have something I love. I did go over on my calories BUT I did workout today and I know my plan for tomorrow.0
