    I start Monday, though I am tailoring the plan to 2x a week.

    I NEED to run. But I WANT muscles. So I am trying to stay n my running training plan while incorporating some strength stuff. I am really looking for up body/compound moves since I have noodle arms but soooo want Michelle Obama's arms!
