I have decided to say that all of you (yes even you at the back thinking you're a morbid fatty who nobody loves) are awesome for even coming on here and starting logging your progress.
There are some stunning beautiful guys and girls on here, and some destined for long and distinguished careers as balaclava models or crash helmet testers like myself, but each and every one of you has the power and will to wake up this morning and make the changes necessary to make your fitness dreams come true.

That's beautiful in its own right, and I thought a little motivation and best wishes from someone who only a few months ago had none, and believed life was over, might help :)
For what it's worth to whomever reads this, I at least, a random internet stranger, believe in you :)

It's helped me loads just seeing other people on here going about things the same way as I do.
Some times, it's easy to forget that those beautiful and chiseled confident people out there are human beings who struggle, just like us "normal" folk. Especially when you're not feeling particularly confidenet in yourself as a person, let alone in your own body.
I've been extremely lucky in that some fantastic people I have met online have reached out and helped me (indeed I was introduced here by one of them) in small, yet very meaningful ways, and I'm only too happy to return the favour :)

Edit: Apologies for the poor spelling, I'm on my phone and it's minus 2! Out for a run!

Thanks guys and girls , you're very kind :)

I struggle daily, especially with breaking out of bad habits, but have decided this year to try and turn every negative into a positive.
I crashed my car in the snow last weekend which is a nightmare, but instead of moping around I've decided to treat it as another reason to walk more often and make the most of the extra incentive! :D
If I even help one person feel a little better and more confident in themselves today, it has been a good day.

Good luck everyone, and I know it's cheese, but you're never alone!

Out for a run in minus 2?

No way I would do that.

    Kudos!

Ha ha, I figured if I can do it in - 2, I have no excuses in milder weather to slack off! :D
