I love my egg whites and have recently been mixing in fresh veggies. I sometimes use tomato basil wraps or even a taco shell. Paired with fruit, maybe a small bowl of cereal or sandwich thin with a little peanut butter, slice or 2 of turkey bacon and a big glass of water.0

I made some Breakfast pockets to take to work. Get jumbo sized biscuit dough (or make it from scratch). Stretch and roll until it's about 4-5" in diameter. Cook bacon and eggs on the stove. Put eggs and bacon on biscuit, sprinkle some cheese on top, fold over and seal. Bake until biscuit is golden brown. You can do these ahead of time, then all you have to do is microwave them for a quick breakfast later.0

I hard boil 12 eggs on Sunday and cook a pack of bacon. Every morning, I microwave 2 eggs and some bacon and eat that. I like it for ease. The eggs can be eaten cold if he doesn't have the time to microwave and sit down to eat0

I just put together a simple honey & greek yogurt parfait the night before in a cup to save time and put the toppings on the next morning. Then, I bring it to my classes or work in the morning (late riser...).
All it requires is 1 cup of plain 0% fat greek yogurt and a tablespoon of honey for the main part (you can adjust the amount of honey depending on how sweet you like it/how much sugar you want). I like to put 1-2 tablespoons of ground flax seed for texture and to bring up my macros. I always put this first so the granola doesn't get soggy before I eat it. After, I put 2 tablespoons of granola for more yummy goodness
I'm actually so obsessed with this right now that breakfast is the meal I look forward to the most. And this is coming from a person who didn't eat breakfast for over a year
EDIT: That's 240 calories without the flax seed, by the way. This usually keeps me full for 2-3 hours before my mid-morning snack or lunch.0 -
I start with a barley and oats porridge, then top it with strawberry, blueberry, rock melon, honeydew or whatever other fruit I mgiht have. I then add a dessert spoon of greek-yoghurt low carb seed and nut mix and a teaspoon of agave nectar or honey. My taste buds are popping and I feel energized the whole morning! Its 317 calories including the whole milk and 37 carbs. You could tweek it and use 'fat' free alternatives or even soy, I have used soy on occasions with no real effect on taste or quality. My daughter also adds flaxseed oil to hers.0

Greek Yogurt with 1/2 scoop whey protein powder (usually vanilla) and some fresh berries in parfait form or mixed all together. Or Quaker Instant ORIGINAL (flavors have too much sugars) oatmeal with half a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder and 1/4 cup of natural unsweetened applesauce. It is yummy! Or how about a breakfast burrito with a few scrambles eggs (whites if you prefer), veggies and some fat free or low fat cheese?0

I always have a smoothie with 1 serving protien powder (vanilla or chocolate), 1 c. 30 calorie almond milk, frozen strawberries or bananas either frozen or add ice, and that's it. Sometimes if I'm adventurous I add in a tbsp of peanut butter or a dollop of whip cream. Yum!0

I try to keep it pretty simple. Right now I'm in love with toasting an english muffin and then spreading a wholly guacamole 100 calorie pack on it and topping with chipotle tabasco. So yummy and very quick!0
