I'm Bradley im hoping to find the support i need to lose weight after 9 strokes and one almost close heart attack i done playing Russian roulette with my life. I started at 369 my goal is 100 lbs.

    You can do it! It's all about baby steps and never get discouraged and it's easier to have people that can support you through this journey. Can't wait to hear updates!

    Hello Bradley: Great name...my grandson is named Bradley. Sometimes bad things happen as a wake up call. You're doing the right thing by coming here and keeping track of your food and exercise. People are willing to help with tips and motivation. I really like the success stories especially when I'm feeling weak. Make some friends and keep tracking. I wish you the best with your weight loss and your health.
