Wogging

I wannabe a runner. Let me tell ya though, it aint happening anywhere near as quickly as I'd like. I was tooling around on fitsugar.com tonight to get some new interval/incline workouts for the treadmill and came across an article on wogging (walk-jogging). This is so much more to my taste for now! I always tend to go really hard and injure myself then give up when attempting running so hopefully this will give me a more structured start and gently guide me into even being able to do C25K without giving up. Yes, serioulsy, I"m that freakin lame that I can't even complete C25K right now. In time though fellow MFP'ers, in time!
