    I don't have a way of tracking miles, but I am doing steps insteads I guess... I'm guessing about 4500 steps per mile

    ok... this is weird... I went to the ticker site and updated my progress, then copy and pasted it here. But the progress changed the previous ticker to match my current updated amount. :-( I can't keep track of how much I walked and when
    (and sorry for the double entry... was trying to figure it out, and now it won't let me delete it..:huh: )

    You have to use the bbcode...just copy and paste it. Hope that works for you.

    I will be tracking my 'miles' in kilometres (the Canadian way lol) So I will need to run/walk/jog 80kms over the course of the month. As of today I am at 10kms. 1/8 of the way done! :)

    So excited about this challenge!! :)
