Hi everyone, just started this - been on program nearly a week and lurking on forum :bigsmile:

not massively over weight , have BMI of 27.5, but have been subject to gradual creeping upwards - am 72.2 kg where my ideal weight range for height is 50 - 66kg.
Now, am no spring chicken so I dont expect to ever be in lower end of range but my aim is to gradually lose about 10kg

Have donwloaded food tracker to my ipad and been logging everything into it for nearly a week, bit hard to keep within 1430 calories, even with extra added for exercise, but have managed or nearly managed it every day so far - of course one doesnt lose weight playing with an ipad app, one has to actually change one's food intake - but am hoping this will help me keep on track.
