ANY progress deserves a high 5!!

Today, I'm going to high 5 myself (that's just clapping, but that works too, right) for my little success!
Yesterday, I ran my fastest 5k to date and this morning, I noticed a real difference in the composition of my legs (the jiggles are nearly gone!!!!) Logging in everyday and taking time to be active really works! Slow and steady!!

What little success can you guys celebrate today?
