Can not enough sleep slow weight loss?

My kids and I are all sick, so between being up half the night coughing myself and then up with them, I have gotten at the most 4 hours of sleep the past 3 nights. I was told not to do any high cardio because of my chest cold possible turning into pneumonia, so I have been resting and staying under my calorie goal. I generally see a difference on the scale every other day or so, but the last couple of days, nothing. I was wondering if it more likely im not losing because I haven't been about to workout (although I am staying within my calorie goal) or if lack of sleep can aid in the scale not moving??
