Non weightloss goals

I am a healthy bmi, but need major work on my fitness and there is 2 - 4 kilos I can loose. It will be slow I know so I want to set other goals to help me on the way.At the start of the year I decided to have a month of no soft drink or alcohol and no lollies as I was eating way too many. Febuary now I am counting calories I might have a beer or soft drink on a saturday if I feel like and have enough calories. My physical goal was to walk 30 km. I have already achieved that.

I was wondering what little goal other people have set?.

    bench press 1x my bodyweight
    squat more than this
    deadlift even more than that
    to be able to do squats while fireman carrying my husband
    to be able to fireman carry my husband up all the stairs to our apartment two stairs at a time

    Consistantly below 10% body fat on my bia scale. (Im at 12-13).

    Practice that fireman's carry with a dummyrifle. U can do it. The arm under thigh thigh grabs the victims wrist behind the rescuers head.

    Here are my non weight loss goals:

    Be able to do 20 pull-ups consistently.

    1 legged squat all the way to the floor with good balance ( for Kuk Sool form I am working on)

    Working on becoming even more flexible....

    Help at least 3 people lose 100 lbs this year.

    no alcohol until my birthday (6 march)
    Have both my fillys walking and trotting in hand on a quiet road by summer
    Grow my hair as its currently short
    only 2 cups of coffee per day as ive been drinking far too much coffee lately
    Increase my fitness level substancially
    Spend a little less time on the internet

    I want to play volleyball again. Not that I can't right now, but I want to be a productive team member.

    I want to be more flexible.

    I want to be able to comfortably take my kids on rides this summer when the carnival comes back! I didn't get on a single ride this year because I was scared I wouldn't fit!

    Last summer I ran a 5k in 30 minutes which was a huge accomplishment for me. This year I hope to beat that time, and I also want to run a 10k. Once Spring and summer come I love to find at least one race per month. They are wonderfully social, and the achievement I feel as a former non-athlete is the best feeling EVER.

    Bicep curls w/ 25 pound dumbbells (that may not sound like much to some of you. I could do it less than a year ago, but I'm post-surgery, and I lost strength during recovery.)

    3 miles in less than 30 minutes

    Beat that Vi girl on the Jillian Michaels video: I want to do all the advanced moves with weights and make it through the workout without needing a breather.
