Oi oi :)

Hey peeps,

Im Darren and new to the sight. Ive been trying to find the motivation to get healthy for years now and finally ive had enough of thinking and dreaming about losing weight and getting healthy. Its time to actually do this and push on through the mental blockages and cravings for junk food.

Currently 17st 10lbs but want to get down to 14st maybe 13st at a push as this was the weight that i looked best at many years ago. I have joined the gym with my partner and also signed up for an event called, Tough Mudder, which is an assualt course over 13miles. I must be made seeing as i can just about run half a mile without dying.

Hope to stick this out and give it my best shot so any helpful tips and hints would be appreciated.
