Chinese takeaway

Can anyone suggest something low calories I can get from a chinese takeaway?
Am going to avoid anything with sweet & sour/plum sauce/ sticky sugary sauce but am not sure what the healthier. choices would be.
I know steamed dim sum are usually pretty low in calories but not sure that the place we're going would have them

    Chicken breast or jumbo shrimp/ prawns, stir fry mixed vegetables, try not to eat much of the sauce.

    My husband and I get steamed chicken and broccoli with the sauce ON THE SIDE.

    Thank you for your advice. I went for chicken & cashew nuts in the end and tiny bit of bf's special curry!
