Hello

I am 41 years old and diagnosed with diabetes at the end of 2012. I have been pretty strict about my diet since then and very strict about my exercise since Christmas. Have lost some weight and seen some pretty good change in muscle-body composition. I grabbed the myfitnesspal app for my phone just yesterday and signed up here on the site today to log my food and count my calories to monitor calorie deficit goals. I just started The Body for Life Challenge workouts and am learning as I go. Blood sugars have been very good since I started exercising and quit drinking soda. Good information on this site and Android App.
