Never cooked with ground chicken before but looking for any low calorie ground chicken recipes? Especially lettuce wraps if anyone has a great recipe?

    My neighbor is Thai and they make an amazing dish called chicken larb. Google the recipe....it's amazing! It's spicy, with hints of lemon and cilantro. You serve it with sliced cucumbers and sticky rice, but you could serve it in lettuce cups too.
