Perkins What to eat??

I am having lunch today with a GF at Perkins. I was looking at their menu and ouch... Any suggestions? Please make them simple as I don't like to make things complex for servers and also uncomfortable for my GF, I don't want to seem picky since she is taking me out to lunch.
