C25K Works!!

I started running several months ago using C25K on the treadmill and progressed to outside intervals. It was a very slow start and I thought I would never get there but with the right motivation I made it through that first 20 minute run with ease. That was several months ago. Today, I ran 52 minutes straight and it didn't seem like work!!! That's my personal best! I have run in a 5K and am now training for my first 10K. So for those of you are are just starting C25K or if you are thinking of starting: DO IT! It really works and the feeling you get when you accomplish your goals is something that can't be described.
