hey guys!! so i am not really new here, but the last few months have been a struggle with on and off dieting. i finally got out of a bad relationship, and i now feel like i have the oppertunity to start fresh!!

    Get out there every day and walk or run for at least an hour. Your weight will fall off and it will motivate you to kick-start your healthy living. The other incentive is that every pound lost is adding extra time to your life expectancy.
