Hip Hop Abs

Hello everyone. I just started Hip Hop Abs today and I'm wondering if anyone else is starting out and wants to join me on my journey or if you've done it already and have any feedback! Feel free to add me!

    I love Hip Hop Abs! I haven't done it in a while but I used it about 5 years ago and it was a great work out. It's a great way to tone your abs and I liked the videos where I didn't have to get on the floor. Also, I liked that the videos were short so the first few weeks I just did one at a time but then started doing two at a time. Remember to keep your abs tightened and to to get the most out of the movements. There are moves like that seem like they are too simple, like lifting your hand in the air and dropping it to your side, but if you really reach in both directions you can feel it working your abs. Even just doing the moves is decent cardio. I hope it works well for you.

    Hey! I did the first two weeks of Hip Hop Abs last year but ended up straying from it even though I really like it. I just started again on Saturday 1/26/13 (the same day as you?!). It would be great to have support from someone doing it at the same time as me! I did my first evening workout today, as opposed to in the morning before work, and it was my best one yet! How's it going for you?

  • I'm pretty sure I completely abandoned this site shortly after posting that. I just came back today so I could log a day because I've definitely put on weight over the past year. It's time to do something about it. I think my first step is to get my scale out of hiding so that I can keep an eye on things week to week to keep it from getting out of control!
