Exercise for getting rid of the "rolls"

I've been on MFP about three weeks and have lost about 5 pounds. I need to begin incorporating exercise and not just calorie counting. My worst problem is my middle section, which on the sides has these what I can only describe as "rolls" of fat. They sort of cascade one on top of the other. Any suggestions for good exercises that I can do at home to help eliminate this?

Thanks,
Jo

It is really all about diet and body fat %.

You have to lose fat all over and the loose skin may eventually shrink up as your body fat goes down. There's really no exercise that shrinks skin. You can exercise the muscles underneath but you won't see them.

I highly recommend jillian michaels, especially for losing weight around the mid section. If you don't feel like paying $10 for her dvd you can always find it on youtube.. the 30 day shred is amazing, I lost about 10lbs with this dvd and a lot of it was belly fat. I followed it up with ripped in 30 (which im just about half way through) and its even better! the burn is a bit higher and there's a lot of hand weight use. Also Id check out blogilates.com she has some awesome workouts, my recommendation would be 30 day shred plus a blogilates workout of your choice. :)

Fat loss is purely a function of diet. You can do any cardiovascular exercise to burn calories in addition to diet, and loos weight (fat) faster.

Sadly the fat on mid section is the last to go.

Just exercise. It doesn't matter what you do. Burn calories you will loose the fat.

Head shakes are really good for reducing body fat rolls. Here's how it works. Any time someone offers you food that will put you over your calorie goal for the day, you shake your head from left to right then back again. Head shakes are also good when someone asks you to skip a workout. They look like this.
