new to this

I am about halfway through week one of my new healthy eating regime. everyday around 4ish i start feeling a bit bloated with tummt pains. just a dull nagging pain. i curently weigh 156lbs and take 1200 to 1300 cals per day. i am eating very differently now and am having a whole load of protein and fibre which i didnt have before. am i doing something wrong or does my body and bowel just need to get used to it.

    Until your body gets used to the higher levels of fiber you may have increased bloating and gas. Hang in there.
