My goal to lose almost 30 pounds by August, in the last week I bought a magic bullet and so far have had a least one smoothie a day, and I really LOVE it, so adding more fruit's and veggies DAILY, and yes adding in working out 3 times a week, watching what I eat and in what portions ....I don't plan to do anything drastic
