I joined my fitness pal today.
I am sure my story is similar to many of yours, yo yo weight, always starting but never finishing.
So today I made a choice, I'm going to not going to look back at what happen before and let it drag me down.
I am going to pick myself up and start again.
So here goes.........

Goal weight: 140lbs
