Embarrased to Work Out!!!

I used to feel this way too, but the more you do it the less embarrassing it becomes. I'm always home alone with kids so sometimes I don't have a choice but to work out with the kids around (4 and 2). They have become pretty used to it and I have to say they are pretty good now.
My 4 year old was watching me do turbo jam one day and asks "why is your bum movement so much" which meant my butt looked like jello. I coudn't stop laughing, kids are so innocent.
