I just had two major surgeries in December and want to step up my exercise slowly. Any suggestions or plans you can recommend? I am following my calorie intake and losing, but will be ready to step it up soon!
Thanks!
Thanks!

If you didn't have surgery on your shoulders then you can do punches to get your heart rate up....Great way to work off stress and anger. You can do walking, youtube has some awesome walking videos for weight loss. I do those on a very light exericse day just to keep my body active. Exerice bike, you can control the speed and levels.
Heres a link for a low impact cardio...Dont know where you had your surgeries, but hope this helps.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSZj19AUU5I
