  • reduce your portions on all 3 meals, your nuts also they have calories too, yogurt shouldn't be a treat, it should be lo fat small container plain as a snack but also a milk protein

Looks gook to me. If you're no longer hungry, listen to your body. Sometimes I meet my calorie requirement, but offen times I come up short. As long as you're getting all the nutrients you need, don't worry. My journal is open, feel free to take a peak. :)

It may also benefit you to use coconut oil too, both in cooking, and as a daily good-fat supplement.
  • So I looked at your diary and you look like you are doing awesome to me. Since you're trying to gain a little you might try drinking more of your calories with meals to bulk everything up - throw in a smoothie with peanut butter or something. Then you get extra calories and extra fruits.

If you still have calories (and some of your day) left to go, try some herbal tea. It's relaxing and has powerful antioxidants that do wonders for the body.

Thats such a weird thing to say to someone who is trying to add more calories, lol. And why shouldn't yogurt be a treat if you like it and it fits your macros? I had a treat today, cauliflower with greek yogurt dip, just because its healthy doesn't mean it can't be a favorite food and considered a treat.

I checked back over a few days and your diary looks really healthy and full of nutrition...just keep doing what you are doing you don`t have to hit the whole calorie amount as long as you meet your BMR.

Good work keep it up and a gold star  seriously keep it up OK
