Going out of town for the first time since starting

I'm scared! LOL! I'll be in a casino (poker tournament, wish me luck!) and my only source of food will be either their buffet or some kind of grill with hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.
Are there any tips you can give me? Like measurements- if it fits in your hand, it's a certain amount- things like that. I'm not going to be anal about tracking because I know I won't know for sure, but I want to do it as well as I can.

Can you bring in health pre-packed foods ? For snacks at least. Just a thought...lol0 -
I was thinking about bringing my really huge purse and carrying some things with me- like carrots and almonds. I'm definitely going to TRY and drink water, but I don't know how that will work out at the poker table, because I'd be up every other hand to use the bathroom! :laugh:0
