30DS and 6w6P question about chest ex.

Alright ladies, I'm doing 30DS I normally quit around day 15 or 20. I'm re-attempting to do 30DS with with some 6W6P thrown in.
I'm an A/B cup, but a very non perky A/B with that horrible bra over hang under the arms. Will these DVDs help those areas? As in perking up the chest in the front; and the overhang under the arms?

    I gained upper arm strength doing the shred and I'm doing 6w6p starting on Monday. I'm going to watch 6w6p tonight to see what I'm going to be doing. I know it's variations of planks. I'm starting a group for those interested in doing 6w6p with me if you like to join. I sent you an invite.
