Just finished week 2 of Chalean Extreme. I love it. The workouts are quick which is a plus. I have been sore in places that haven't been sore in a long time, so it must be working. I only have about 8 pounds to lose, but a lot of muscle that needs to be gained. I want to get back into bathing suit shape come June!
