    Thank you,it took some time because i wasn't very loyal. I could have lost more in 12 months.

    Well,I just started a diet of 1400-1900 cals and I started going to the gym. So,I added strength training since the beginning of the weight loss. I love eating chocolate but I had to limit my portions and I also love to binge it. I started drinking tea and coffee more often or eat a small cucumber instead of a sandwich.

    That's all! :)
