30's girls who like endurance sports?

I am new here. I'm really interested in building endurance for prolonged activities like distance running and hiking. I love running (road and trail), long-distance hikes (10-20 miles with 20-30 lb average packweight), and snowshoeing. Any other ladies out there who enjoy those things? I'm watching calories and the foods I eat, and building up my activity levels. I took a bit of a furlough from running for a few months because of a surgery, and now I'm working to re-build my fitness and strength more than ever. I'd love to hear from some other folks who have similar goals. Thanks :smile:
