Introducing Myself ~ Hi I'm Janine...

My story begins back in May of 2003 when my daughter became very ill, so much so that we thought we were going to lose her - she was only 13 at the time  . The Doctor's (all 5 of them) couldn't seem to pin point what was wrong with her so we were in and out of the hospital for 8 months, before a specialist determined it was her appendix (she had an appendicitis that was missed - yikes!)...Anyway the appendicitis created a large cyst beside her ovaries so the surgeon couldn not operate until they put her on an antibiotic regime that would bring the cyst down to the size of a quarter (25cents). She was finally able to have her surgery in January of 2004 - by this time her and I were both pretty ragged  , I missed more work than imaginable but thank God my boss at the time was amazing and very supportive.
Then March 1st (1.5 months after her surgery), my Dad committed suicide . Needless to say things just spiraled downward from there, including my health. At the time I was 250 pounds and all sorts of things began to happen  . I had to quite my job about 3 months after that because my health deteriorated so badly. I went to specialist after specialist and nobody could figure out what was wrong with me. I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatique Syndrome, Anxiety Disorder, Stress, Deppression and Panic Disorder. I was thrown in to early menopause and wasn't tested for that until later because "the Doctor's" thought I was too young to be going through that so that was also missed. My life was a mess. Couldn't even look after myself let alone look after my daughter, who was still so fragile from her illness. Eventually she ended up going and staying in Bellingham, Washington at some dear friends while I struggled to keep functioning.
After a long journey of soul searching and learning about the association of Food and Mood, I started changing my diet and dove in to wellness books to learn all I could. I eventually tried Colon Hydrotherapy - something that I was totally not about to try (ever) but everything I researched and every bit of healing information kept leading me to that. Finally I surrendered and went for some sessions. I was so amazed as to how things started to transform that I eventually decided I was going to become a Colon Hydrotherapist myself so that I could "make a difference" where people needed it - their Wellbeing! I saved my money and took the course, bought my Hydrotherapy Unit and was about to open my own wellness centre. April of 2012 was suppose to be my opening target and on March 29th my husband told me he wanted a separation I was forced to go back to work but I haven't let go of my dream and that's something I am striving for.
2013 I have become Vegan and it truly is an amazing transition. Not always without challenges, but definitely worth it every step of the way!
If I can do this, anybody can! Keep focusing on your dreams and try as much as possible to choose "better feeling thoughts" - Life will get better if you expect it to
Keep an Attitude of Gratitude ~ it truly raises your energetic vibration!
Blessings of Love and Abundance to all

That quite some ordeals you went through! I'm glad you are on the other side of it. Your handle is interesting. Those words are ones I see in spiritual books.0
