I love working out to The Grey Album. It's a mix done by Dj Mighty Mouse that combines The Beatles White Album with Jay-Z's Black Album....very awesome!

I'm gonna check that out........it sounds REALLY interesting! thanks for the tip

    Isn't it Danger Mouse?

This will give you great ideas for cardio ..... you plug in your MPH (jogging & walking categories) .....it will give you the beats per minute (BPM) and a list of songs for that pace. You can narrow the list by genre.
  • Anything by Marilyn Manson or The Sex Pistols. "Bawitaba" by Kid Rock has a perfect rhythm for me, too.

    For weights:

    Bullet for my valentine
    Hollywood Undead
    Parkway Drive
    50 Cent
    Eminem
    Slipknot
Disturbed (down with the sickness gets me pumped up)
Breaking Benjamin (Diary of Jane gets me pumped up)

    For cardio:
    Darren Styles
    50 Cent
    Slipknot
    Eminem
Kyle Lucas (bit of an unheard of rapper)
    Generic Dance music
  • Rage Against The Machine mainly, also AC/DC. If I'm working out at home, I tend to put on a tv series or movie, today it was Mr and Mrs Smith.

Mostly dance/elctric pop or rap. I love rock, but it doesn't do a thing for me when I'm working out.

    Indestructible - Robyn
Put You on the Game - The Game
Welcome to the World - T.I.
Money, Power, Respect - The Lox
Spectrum (Say My Name) - Florence & The Machine
    Cry For You - September
    Call Your Girlfriend - Robyn
    Brave - Kelis

Oh, and basically anything by Britney Spears. Duh.
