Intermittent fasting and eating when not hungry?

Am i just supposed to shove the rest of the calories in my mouth?? Or should i just leave the remaining cals? I am usually not reaaally far from my calorie goal, but i was just wondering?..

You should try to eat as close to your goal as possible whether IF'ing or not. If you are having problems eating your calories in your feeding window, them IF is possibly not the best for you.0

Okay. I don't really have a problem eating that much... I actually like being able to eat a bunch ha, but i was just wondering if i should just stop when i start to get that fullish feeling.... But yeah this answers my question, ha. Thanks again0 -
You could always drink some tea with coconut oil to get to your calorie goal.0
