Day 5 - 30 Day Shred / New Goal

Had to take a few breaks but only for a moment so I could re position myself and keep myself going. No stopping and getting water or anything that that. Now onto elliptical and treadmill for 20 minutes each.
Also, I have come up with a new goal. NO MORE BEING LAZY. This has nothing to do with laziness via working out because I am strict about working out every day, but it's about when I workout. I am laying in bed all day putting off working out and long as I can until I force myself out of bed to do it. But I want to be able to jump out of bed once I wake up and get on it, not just working out but cleaning, homework, etc. This is something I am going to be working with now along with eating right and losing weight.

What are your main goals???
