Hi everyone,
My name is Ben. I am a 49 year old guy living in Tasmania.
I am married to my best friend and I have three children. One girl and two boys aged 24, 17 and 11, respectively.
It was my daughter who recommended MFP to me when I visited her for her graduation late last year. I had already begun a weight loss regime, incorporating whey-based meal replacement protein shakes for the last eight weeks. At the beginning of this year I started exercising again following the end of my work contract, with an aim to increase my fitness, increase my cardio health, and reduce excess weight. Before I began using MFP, I had lost about five kilos, and since I started on MFP, I've lost another four kilos.
So, from 107kg, I am now down to 98kg, and hope to get down to my ideal body weight of between 80 and 85kg.
I returned to the gym a week ago and have been attending RPM classes and have started my gym program that is a mix of cardio machines and weights.
So please feel free to 'friend' me if you wish.
kind regards,
Ben
